Reliable Realty by Reena – RRR (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through realtybyreena.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have, including rights under California privacy law.

Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and any message you write.
- AI chat assistant (“Ask Reena”): the messages you type into the chat, and any contact details you choose to share there.
- Email, phone and text: anything you send us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as your browser type, approximate location (city level), pages viewed, referring website, and time on page, collected through Google Analytics 4 using cookies and similar technologies.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability, such as IP address and request details.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive data through the contact form or chat.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate, leasing, and property-management services.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry, if you have given us consent to do so.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and the chat assistant, and to understand which pages are useful.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as Zoho (customer relationship management and email), Google (analytics), Rylvo (AI chat assistant), Vercel (website hosting), and Cloudflare (domain services).
- Our brokerage, True North Realty, as required for real estate transactions and brokerage compliance.
- Other parties to a transaction (for example, lenders, title and escrow companies, and other agents) when you ask us to help with a purchase, sale, or lease.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and text-message opt-in consent, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out tools, and the Site will still work. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out where California law requires.
Text messages and calls
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Reliable Realty by Reena may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry and related real estate services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent at any time by contacting us using the details below.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request a copy of it; request that we correct it; request that we delete it; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it); and not be treated unfairly for exercising these rights. To make a request, email or call us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may also request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (including real estate record-keeping requirements). We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or transmission method is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party links
The Site links to other websites, including MetroList, Zillow, and social media platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
